Return and Exchanges Policy

1.Customers can apply for return or exchanges within 7Days from the date of signing for the express delivery.

2.The goods must remain in a brand-new and unused state, without any wear, scratches , deformation, or other condition that effect secondary sales.

1.Please contact our customer service team via Instagram @theonestudio.my  within the specified time and provide order information and the reason for return or exchange.

2.We will review within 48 hours after receiving the application to confirm whether the return and exchange condition are met.
